Storage and security
Inquiries are stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Access is restricted to authorised ERGONOVA SYSTEMS staff through authenticated, role-based access. We apply industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Third-party services
This website uses Google Firebase for hosting, data storage and security (including App Check / reCAPTCHA to prevent spam), and may display an embedded Google Map. These services process data under their own privacy policies. Clicking WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn links takes you to those services, which are governed by their own terms.
Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. We will respond in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
